The variety of food for the English breakfast was impressive. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were elegant and spacious. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with a metro station right in front of the building. The area around the hotel is nice enough, with plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby.

Particularly good and perfect location with a view to the lake and really close to metro subway and shopping mall and restaurant, nearby malls that have restaurants and coffee houses both independent and the' big brands' and the main attractions. The rooms were well-equipped and the continental breakfast was excellent.

Truly enjoyed our memorable stay during a business trip. Everything was well-maintained from the staff to the room, quiet bed and elegant room. The restaurant here was nice at the top floor, we both ordered hot dishes. The view to the lake it had was excellent. The staff was wonderful throughout the day. The hotel had a very central location and it was very close to Si Cheng Church. This venue was in a new area.

The staff, from receptionists to bellboys to room cleaners, are fantastic and lovely. They can create a family-like atmosphere. The location is unbeatable - right in front of a metro station. There are eateries and restaurants right in front of the hotel.

We had a great stay here! This venue is located in downtown, which was super convenient. It's situated in a lively shopping area very near the lake and just across the airport bus stop. The service was exceptional - from the receptionists to the bellboy to the room cleaners, everyone was so friendly and helpful with giving us directions and services we needed. Our room was very comfortable and came with everything we could possibly need - from ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar to free toiletries and an electric kettle. The free wi-fi in the rooms was also a great touch.

The room was particularly good with good facilities and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was sumptuous. An electric kettle and a fridge were a big plus. The hotel had an unbeatable and awesome location in front of a metro station.

area, no doubt. All over downtown Hangzhou, near the lake and main trading area. It's also near a subway station. I found the bed very comfortable. detail of leaving a charger on the bedside table with all kinds of ports, is a detail that I had not seen in any hotel. Under the hotel there is a great bakery for a good breakfast with natural juice and a variety of coffee.

Room 1821. The plant had a faint odor, I think from smoking tobacco. The room smelled the same, too. It wasn't specified as a smoking area on the reservation. The carpet... poof, looks a little beat up already. The view of the building across the street, another hotel, makes your stay uncomfortable as you feel observed. I also didn't like the fact that despite being on the 18th floor, there was noise coming from the street, as this room faced the main street.
